The Boy in the Striped Pajamas by John Boyne

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is about a little boy named Bruno. He and his family move to Auschwitz camp, because his father is the commandant. Bruno finds himself exploring one day. He reaches a barbwire fence, and sitting before him was a little boy who was small, bald, and wearing striped pajamas. Bruno developed a friendship with this boy named Shmuel. 

We read this as a class book. We all recomend this book, because it captures your mind and everytime Mr.Sheridan  read it. We wanted him to read more.We didnt like the idea of reading a historical fiction book because we thought it would be

boring, but soon after we read a couple pages we were really intrested in it. So give the book a try.
